This term on athletics day I felt really nervous and I mean nervous because I stink at sports. We had just finished sprints and I was puffed, 'thanks a lot Mcdonalds'. So we went to high jump and in the end I came first equal with Craig. And if I keep practicing I might just come first.

How To Be A Good Visitor In Halswell Quarry.

Halswell Quarry is a reignal park that in the past was mined for rock to build christchurch.

The Quarry is a nice clean enivronment, but if people keep littering nobody will go back.If you follow the quarry rules you'll stay out of trouble.

When in the quarry with your dog you must pick up their droppings and also keep them on a lead in certain areas. Dogs are magnificent creatures but remember the rules.

The gardens in Halswell quarry are AWESOME. When you are at the quarry treat it with respect.

As soon as my feet slapped the icy water my heart moved up to my throat. Rocks rammed and scraped my feet,my partner Cadence beside me as we crossed a shallow river we thought it was easy. Then we came up against a deep murky hole . As soon as we went in I thought my blood turned to a blood-cikle.
